Can you develop a habit in only 21 days? I don't know about you but I can't develop it.
I have already been doing many things for over 100 days, but I don't think I have really developed any habit, or I would do them again and again without missing.
I even don't know what is the period when you can truly say that you have developed a habit.
The only thing that I can realize here is that you must keep on doing something you need to be developed as a habit until you start doing it daily without even thinking of doing it.
Challenge: It was the 121st day of my running challenge and today I ran a total of 2.51 kilometers.
