Are you happy?
If you are not then I can give you an easy tip that could make you happy instantly.
Get a paper and pen and note down what do you want in your life and what you have in your life.
On the left column write down what do you want in your life and on the right column, simply note down what you have in your life.
Now for a moment, forget what do you want in your life and concentrate on only what you have in your life.
Does not this make you happy?
If you're reading this post then definitely you have lots of things for which you must be grateful.
You have an Internet connection, You have a device to connect, you have eyes and you have a brain to understand.
You have more things that are barely available to a large population of this planet.
Note down what did make you happy in the past?
You can brainstorm here and come up with 5-6 instances in your past that made you happy.
Start visualizing and living with the feeling of that happiness. And make this a habit. You have succeeded earlier and you would succeed again.
Change your mindset and have faith in your abilities.
