I am truly enjoying the wonderful effects of running. However, running is a very tough exercise and you would not enjoy it every time but it comes with many benefits.
The benefits of running are already described in many posts here.
But, a few of the highly noted benefits of running are it improves your heart health, your mood, and keeps you refreshed.
You also don't need expensive gear and a place to run. It is truly a wonderful exercise without you even spending any money except on your shoe pair and shorts. If you are a 9-5 person then still you can spare only 15-20 minutes a day and reap the good benefits of it.
So, can you not even run for 15-20 minutes a day?
