We all know that running is a good exercise. It helps in preventing and even easing many critical illnesses like CHD, diabetes, hypertension, etc.
Running even improves your focus. You feel more aligned with good things in your life.
Running is equally beneficial for your bones. You may feel pain in your legs after running but it does not mean your bones are getting weaker.
Instead, your bones are getting stronger. Many studies find that physical exercise improves bone mass and density and slows down the effect of aging.
You can run and reap the benefits.
