Day 1: Date 27.01.2020
This is my official day 1 of Running Challenge for 1000 days (I have been running for the last 3 months but those were not regular runs).
As I already told you all that I would not miss even a single day for the next 1000 days and will run a minimum of 1 mile every day.
This would be a great achievement for me.
I ran for 3.11 kilometer (1.93 miles) today with an average pace of 7’15” (it reads 7 minutes and 15 seconds to complete one kilometer which is not a very good one of mine. I had even run well earlier. My earlier best pace has been 5 minutes and 23 seconds for a kilometer).
I ran for a total of 22 minutes and 36 seconds. You can find more details in the images given below.
I am improving and I know that coming runs for the next 999 days would be more fun and bigger achievements.
I ran with Fila Shoes and I nicknamed it “Enthu”.
Don’t forget to share your own achievements. No matter how small they seemed to you. It might feel you hard, unbearable and you may plan to quit but this is the time of patience and big gains for the future.
Little achievements add up and become massive without you even realizing them”

999 Days to Go
Day 2: Date 28.01.2020
This is day 2 of my 1000 days running challenge. As you all know taking action is the hardest thing in succeeding. When the first time I planned for running, I was a sophomore and that is 17 years back. I did nothing, I planned and planned only. It took me 17 years to take action.
You must not wait so far. Well, I know you have a ton of excuses but if you look at them with a different perspective, they are all nothing but tinny obstacles that are preventing you to take actions. Running is not only good; it is the best thing (at least I find it so because it has really changed me a lot and I see real improvements)
People learn and learn but can we succeed if we don’t put that gained knowledge to work for us?
So what is stopping you from taking actions? Get up and just do it from today because you would never get the best time and best track for running. It is all up there.
I ran for 26 minutes and one second, covered the distance of 4.04 kilometers (2.51 miles). My running pace was 6’26” (6 minutes and 26 seconds)

998 Days to Go
Day 3: Date 29.01.2020
This is Day 3 of my 1000 days running challenge. I want to tell you from my heart that I have been a very lazy and shy fellow. Those are the biggest obstacles that prevented me from taking action. But, I have overcome all of them. And everybody can too do the same and succeed in anything of life.
From the words of the greatest mentor; Earl Shoaff, “anything that comes to us, comes from us. Nothing comes to us from anywhere. We get what we think about”. You are the only person who can change your life.
I ran for 27 minutes and one second today covered a total distance of 4.03 kilometers (2.5 miles). My today pace was 6’42”.

997 Days to Go
Day 4: Date 30.01.2020
Day 4 of 1000 Days running challenge is completed today.
Do you know what matters most to me now? Completing my run every day; without fail.
Today is the best day of my running because I have never completed 4.25 kilometers in a single day and on a single run since I have been running.
Today, I ran fast for the first 1 kilometer and completed it in 5’30” (5 minutes and 30 seconds). The outside temperature was 14 degrees. You can also find the images of the ground where I run today below.
I felt very hard in running my 1st 1 kilometer and many times I felt to stop but once I completed it I continued and covered a total distance of 4.25 kilometers. I ran for a total of 25 minutes and 39 seconds with an average pace of 6’02”.
I initially planned to run for a total of 30 minutes but I quit after 25 minutes and 39 seconds. I felt very thirsty and tired. I have to improve here.
Do you know Hugh C Howey, the person behind the popular science fiction series “Silo”? Hugh has lived the life of complete obscurity as a writer until his work got huge public attention after “Wool” was published. He never thought of such huge popularity and overnight recognition of his writing.
But do you know what made him so popular?
Consistently writing and completing his work without even thinking of success.
If he gave up early; the chances are nobody would know him and we could not have such a great writer with us. So, get up, motivate yourself daily and get to run every day without fail.
Keep doing and accumulating small wins, in the long run, they would surprise you. And don't forget to share your small wins to us.

996 Days to Go
Day 5: Date 31.01.2020
It is the 5th day of my 1000 days running challenge.
Today I covered 3.01 kilometers (1.87 miles) in 19 minutes and 51 seconds. My average pace was 6 minutes and 37 seconds.
I am improving my pace for the first 3 kilometers and want to complete it in less than 18 minutes. There is a temple of Lord Hanuman adjacent to the ground where I run I have attached the photo of the temple below( God Bless Us All)
Running is hard, but the satisfaction I feel after the completion of my rounds is just amazing. Rounds by rounds I feel tired, exhausted and sweating high but the feeling of big achievement after the completion is what that always takes me to the ground for running every day.
Slowly and slowly it is becoming more of my habit. I like the essence. I want this habit the most in me.
Here are the old and powerful lines for you if you are tired and planned to quit, “You don’t go up and succeed if you stay in your comfort zone because the success is always outside the boundary of your comfort zone”.
Keep in mind “every step counts”. So get up and run no matter what comes on the way.
Never forget to share your journey and thoughts. How many kilometers did you run today?

Tomorrow I am going to run for 2 kilometers on a different track. I would share the details of that track and ground in the post of tomorrow.

The power of consistency. Can you do one thing for the whole year every day without missing even a single day? What if we extend the period from one year to unlimited, or until you see the results you expected from your action.
This is called resolve. A few people do this and those who do see the great results. Everything here follows a simple principle of cause and effect.
If you don’t sow the seeds you can’t expect the harvesting. But, hey I have not talked about hard work. Because not everybody who works hard gets what she wants.
If you get something done without working hard, you’re genius. The concentration of thoughts is also important in succeeding and achieving your goals. You don’t ever deter from your path. Have your mind thinking only about the positive outcomes of your actions. Your actions would yield better results.
I have one thing in my mind that is always pushing me towards working for my goals daily. And that is positive energy.
And here I am talking about my running challenge. I am consistent in making attempts every day.

Running is an exercise that everybody can do because it does not require any today’s fancy tools. You also don’t need any coach initially to running. It is that simple. Just your track pants and running shoes fulfill all the requirements for running.
But, it is highly underrated. Not many people do it. And the reasons could be many like I don’t have enough time, I just don’t like to go outside and run. There are a ton of reasons people make when they are asked about exercising and why they don’t get time to do it.
These are not the reasons but excuses not to shape your body in a healthy and attractive way. A daily 15 minutes of running can yield wonderful results. Don’t you have just 15 minutes of your 24 hours for running or exercising?

I got exhausted and never completed. I never went again for running there. It was in 2003. Till then the idea for running came to my mind many times. But, the exhaustion of the last run always terrified me. At last, I went to the ground for running after 16 years. And since then, I have been running for the last 7 months without missing even a single day. I don’t know how much I would run tomorrow. But, I know this for sure that I would run.
Today, I ran a total of 2.01. It is not more but it is not less for me. At least I am consistent and adding more kilometers every day than just doing planning and never taking actions.\
Do you have something to share? You have a lot more things you can share and change the lives of someone. You can help many people through your experience and expertise. But you need to show some courage to get your thoughts in front of people.

Day 69: Date 04.04.2020
What do you dream of achieving here?
How could you get that?
Do you have any plans?
How do you keep yourself motivated every day and work for your dream day after day?
These are some key questions that decide whether you’re going to succeed or not.
They are also deciding factors whether you truly want to succeed or just pretending with yourself and good people around.
You can easily know if you’re going to succeed or not by following this simple activity. You plan tasks for every day and review if you worked on them or not before going to bed. If you miss it regularly, you’re not serious about achieving your goals. Serious people work for their goals daily not matter if the circumstances or in their favor or not.
My 1000 Days Running Challenge: Today I ran a total of 2.04 kilometers in 16 minutes and 38 seconds.

Do you know who is the fastest marathon runner? He is Eliud Kipchoge.
Eliud Kipchoge is 35 years old Kenyan who has won 12 marathons out of 13 he has participated in. He has world records in completing the marathons.
You can learn lots of good things from Eliud. Once he said that he never goes to the track to make new world records instead he goes there to do his best. This sentence itself speaks a lot of inspirational things.
If you want to achieve your dream, prepare hard and give your best. Even if you don’t succeed, get up, prepare again and try your level best. This is how great people evolve and this is how we all can change our life.
There is lockdown everywhere to contain the spread of coronavirus. Amid this lockdown, I get up and completed my challenge. I ran 2.01 kilometers today. I am consistently working on my challenge.

Day 71: Date 06.04.2020
How can you change your life?
Any idea you would like to recommend. But, it is quite simple. You know God has made everything so simple to understand. But, it is we who always complicate all the things even to those who are essential to our survival on this beautiful planet.
And we have all the knowledge we require to lead a successful life here. But, we rarely follow the advice and always seek for fancy things that lure us but do nothing significant in our lives.
Do we take real actions or just wish to succeed? Taking action is very important and here most of us fail. If you want to get going in your life and achieve great success then stop planning all the time instead start acting now.
My 1000 days running challenge is going on successfully. Every day I get to run. Today, I ran 2.02 kilometers.
929 Days to Go
Day 72: Date 07.04.2020
Do you want to challenge yourself? This is the only way you can get what you dream for. You might be amazed after learning that no one is responsible for your success or failure but only you.
Whenever you feel low you always blame others for your mood. But, none is responsible for anything in your life. You need to take responsibility of everything in your life.
And if you don't take responsibility you're never going to change your life. Taking responsibility will lead you to finding the cause of failure and how you can correct them.
This way you would always seek for the ways that would lead you to place where you want to arrive.
It's lockdown everywhere and running outside on the road is not permitted. Still, i am completing my challenge. Today, i ran 2.02 kilometer like yesterday.
928 Days to Go
Day 73: Date 08.04.2020
Why do we have doubts about our strength?
Why we always worry about results when we have been given a big task to accomplish? Why do we always have a second opinion about whether it would be completed successfully or not?
Does not it remind us that we’re obstacles in our own success?
Really, it is. We all want to succeed but we don’t believe in our planning and strength.
Let me give you an example, how would you react if someone comes to you and says to you that you can earn more than 100 thousands dollar every month if you find out a good thing about yourself and start teaching that to others.
You would think of it as a joke. It is not a joke, but it is you who do not want to believe in your knowledge and strength.
Write down this on a paper and stick it on the wall of your bedroom where you can see it when you go to sleep and wake up.
“You have more strength, capabilities, and knowledge than you think. You have the capability to achieve anything whatsoever you think in your mind”. Do not you feel good now?
Challenge is a challenge. No matter what are the circumstances, it needs to be completed. It is the completion of the 73rd day of my 1000 days running challenge. I ran a total of 2.02 kilometers today.

Day 74: Date 09.04.2020
It is a very strange time. We don’t know how we’re going to get rid of the coronavirus crisis. But, the truth is, we will come out of it winning. Everybody is there inside home praying for good health for themselves and people around. It is time to come close by social distancing.
You are not able to run due to lockdown restrictions but you can do exercise at home. Doesn’t this stillness at home make you unhealthy and crazy? Read books, gain knowledge and improve every day. This too would pass. Think positive and experience freedom from all pain and suffering.
Every day is charming and bright. It is up to you how you live it.
I can’t forget to run and coming close to the completion of my 1000 days running challenge. I ran a total of 2.4 kilometers today.

Day 75: Date 10.04.2020
How does it feel when you try to achieve something but you fail every time you attempt? You don't see any ray of hope but you don't like to give up because you have been trained so.
Every time you fix a date to achieve your goal by that date but the date comes and you are nowhere near your goal.
You tried everything you could do but all the energy you had put is just wasted(you think so) because you missed your target.
These are common things that are experienced by every big achiever. You're just being tested for your perseverance, dedication and will to achieve your dreams.
Don't ever give up. Inch by inch you're coming close to your goal. Maybe you would reach there later but you would reach there.
It was the 75th day of my 1000 days running challenge. Today I ran a total of 2.76 kilometers in 17 minutes and 30 seconds.
What do you do everyday to improve yourself? Please share your thoughts here.

Day 76: Date 11.04.2020
How many times a person can fail before she experiences success? Nobody knows it. But, the person who is attempting for success can guess whether he is going to succeed or not.
Here are two cases and can you decide which one would enjoy the fruit of success? Check it.
Case 1: A person is running behind a goal, she decides to achieve it within a year. She works hard but fails. Again she works hard but no success. She takes one more attempt but she fails again, she feels she must quit. She is not more involved now but she has not completely quit it. She works whenever she wants, and now achieving this goal is no more her top priority.
Case 2. Here is another lady who is very committed to achieving what she is planning because she has no more options left. If she does not get it she can't be happy. She wants it so badly that she is ready to work hard until she achieves it. She fails in every attempt she makes in the first 6 months. But, every time she comes up with more strength and will power. She is not going to quit until she gets it.
Anybody can guess who can succeed in the above two cases. We all know what it takes to succeed then why do we not take that seriously.
I completed the 76th day of my 1000 days running challenge. Today I ran a total of 3.74 kilometers.
924 Days to Go
Day 77: Date 12.04.2020
What type of person you’re? Or if I want to be more specific I would like to know what are things you like to do most?
These are just common things you do daily like washing your car, eating out in your favorite restaurant, reading your loved novel, etc. There are several things you do every day. And not all of them are important and can lead to you a place you like to go to. Neither have you ever put your time in understanding how much time you waste every day on things that are not at all essential.
We waste most of our time daily on things which we can avoid or delegate and use the spare time in doing some great things which take us close to our goal.
You need to prioritize your tasks. If you scan your daily routine for a couple of weeks you could easily see where your time is leaking. You need to do frequent audits of your daily activities and put them in orders so that you could use your time more productively.
Once, you have identified where most of the time is being spent then you need to work on to solve it.
That is a good day for my 1000 running challenge. I ran a total of 4.1 kilometers. The outside atmosphere was pleasant.

Day 78: Date 13.04.2020
When Henry David Thoreau added these words" Go confidently in the direction of your dreams and live the life you have ever imagined" to his writings, he meant a lot of things that you and I can learn from.
How many of us do care about our dreams? If you do care you would work for it.
Without actions, nothing comes in to shape which could either be experienced or could be seen. We plan but we fail to act. And if you don't act you're probably not wanting to get the life of your dreams.
And when we don't achieve the success we always blame someone and pass on the responsibility. And when you don't take the responsibility for your failures, you are planning to fail again. And this time more miserably.
So, always make a plan for what you want to achieve and how would you achieve. And then act responsibly.
If you fail, scan why did you fail? Work on how could you improve for the next attempt. This is the way to achieve success from failures.
Treat every failure, a lesson of learning.
Always, have faith in your ability and keep on working until you arrive where you want to go.
It was the 78th day of my 1000 days running challenge. Today, I ran a total of 5.05 kilometers.
922 Days to Go
Day 79: Date 14.04.2020
We don't achieve things we want in our lives not because we're less capable of it but because we don't want them in our lives.
I have recently found it out that the things that are important, we hardly work on them. We don't want to come out of our comfort zone and change our life for all good. We don't distribute our time properly. We work more on tasks which are less important or not important at all and give less weightage to an important task. It is human nature that is not in your favor if you want to succeed.
We blame our employer, our relatives, our luck, our car, our home, day, night, time and what else we could found for our miseries.
You have no shortage of things that you can't count for your failure.
If you want to achieve anything big then always concentrate on a fewer very important things. The most important task must be done first and rest after that.
It was the 79th day of my 1000 days running challenge. The total distance covered today is 5.06 kilometers.

I want to share my experience of writing every day no matter how interactive or bad I produce.
People say working consistently can improve anything. If you're weak in a subject but if you consistently attempt for improving, one day you would definitely be better than what you were when you started.
Initially, you make mistakes, you revise, you again try, revise again. If you follow the routine, there is no doubt you can't learn and improve on anything.
Attempting, Failing, attempting is a new routine of achieving things of greater values. So love failing, and more than of it love attempting.
It was the 80th day of my 1000 days running challenge. Today, I ran a total of 3.87 kilometers in 25 minutes and 55 seconds. The average pace of the run was 6'42".

Day 81: Date 16.04.2020
I am not an expert on things I am writing about here. I am not a great writer, athlete; I also don’t have six-packs (I don’t have even 4 packs). But, I am happy with my small achievements. I am achieving every day. I am improving daily. I know it would compound. I would see the larger impacts in days to come.
What I have learned or learning all from books of enlightened people who have proved themselves of worthiness.
I read somewhere that books are your best friends and they can guide you in difficult times, they can teach you a lot of things that you can’t learn in any university in the world.
I find these claims right in all aspects. You can learn wonderful things from books. There is no limit to learning. You must be interested to swim in the sea of knowledge.
You get the book, you read it and apply the knowledge you get. The next best thing you can do after learning from a book is to read another book. Learning is journeying not any destination.
You never become a master of anything, you’re just learning.
For a couple of months (last 81 days), I have been developing habits of running, reading and writing. However, here I only update about my running habit for which I have participated in a challenge of running a minimum of 1 kilometer a day for 1000 days.
It is the completion of my 81st day of the challenge. Today, I ran a total of 2.52 kilometers.
919 Days to Go
Day 82: Date 17.04.2020
Why do we always wait to start for things? We wait and wait and don't take action and never see the results. Life is short and you can't wait to optimize all before starting. Get started now, improve later. This is the way to win the game of life.
Learn everyday and adopt the strategies that work, leave that don't work. Never look back, keep going and keep on improving your efforts.
If you're feeling tired, exhausted and have no energy to continue, remember the greatest achievers of the world lived like that. They are known and followed because they did something extraordinary.
If you feel low and want to quit, read books of popular people who changed their lives. Learn how they did it and replicate it.
It was the 82nd day of my 1000 days running challenge. Today, I ran a total of 2.62 kilometers in 17 minutes and 02 seconds.
918 Days to Go
Day 83: Date 18.04.2020
What is the goal of your life? What do you want to be? Do you want to work for others or want to shape your own life with freedom?
Do you want to fulfill other dreams or want to work on your own?
Where are freedom and happiness?
You need to answer these questions to know how you are going in your life. You must visualize your goal and decide how you would reach there. And start making small steps every day. Work hard and always keep moving. Regret is the biggest vice of any man. If you don’t want to regret, work on your dreams now.
It was the 83rd day of my 1000 days running challenge and I ran a total of 2.72 kilometers in 17 minutes and 22 seconds.

Day 84: Date 19.04.2020
Health is wealth; No it is more of it. When you're healthy, you are motivated, excited and ready to accept challenges.
You, people near you, people who work for you, your family all are in good shape and possess good thoughts.
Not only your productivity but the productivity of people directly or indirectly attached to you increases. This attitude not only overcomes present problems but any problem that comes your way.
So, if you're healthy, you can attract wealth not only for you but for the people around you.
Nobody likes to do business with a person who is always coughing, feverish and talks more about medicines and doctors than his or her own business. You don't like visiting such a person, I too don't like it.
Sickness or bad health is a clear sign of someone's inability to being productive and efficient. So, does not it make sense, you need to be much careful about your health.
You need to be ready for exercise. Better you develop a habit of exercising so that you could not forget or postpone it. You could develop a productive morning routine that can help you in being in good shape all the time. Start your morning, copy the routines of highly successful people, entrepreneurs, athletes, writers, gymnasts, cyclists, runners, etc.
There is no shortage of materials to find out that could keep you motivated all the time for good health.
The easiest way to find out what high achievers follow during their morning routines is to read good books, biographies of people.
Follow blogs, social media profiles of them. Interact with them and ask them about their routines.
However, they might be highly busy people who don't like to interact with strangers but even if 2-3 people respond and tell you about their secrets, you have made your day. Most of these people already have their nutritionists who plan diets and keep a close eyes of calories and minerals intakes. They are very busy whole the day attending different types of things.
Another way to learn from these high achievers is listen their podcasts, interviews where they discuss their routines and tell how they have achieved such a massive success. Learn whom they follow and how they stay motivated.
You can never stop learning and moving forward if you want to succeed. You would fail, try, fail again and try again until you reach there. Eat healthy, Stay fit and Be Happy.

I have realized the benefits of attempting daily. First, you don’t want to continue then some inner force motivates you to keep on. This happens a couple of days, weeks, or months. If you don’t give up in between then you have a habit developed. Once it is a habit, it is now automatic and productive.
It was the 87th day of my 1000 days running challenge. A total of 2.44 kilometers was run today in 15 minutes and 7 seconds.

How can we become more productive? Is there any hack that we don’t know? How do some achieve more and some never find what they try for?
Is there something that not everyone knows about productivity? If everyone knows it we would be living in a different world. Or we all know that but only a few follow that route.
So how can we accomplish our tasks and can be one step ahead of everyone?
Simply, by finding the most important tasks and working on them on priority.
Can you run a mile if you’re thirsty and hungry at the same time? What do you need here? Energy! And how do you get energy? Eating and fulfilling.
The concept is same everywhere. You need to know what is important and how can you fulfill the requirement.
If you have to write an article, then what is the most important thing to get accomplished the task. Identify it and work on it without distractions. This is the only way to succeed.

You feel relaxed and extremely happy. You're so happy that you don't know what to do further. You have overcome all hindrances and now it is time to celebrate. What if you start with those feelings of already having the things you want to get in your life.
Would not it make your attempts stronger and you could achieve things much earlier? Just try and experience the difference for a few days.

Why do we not get time for exercise daily?
We have 24 hours in a day. We spend 8 hours on our job, 2 hours on commuting. And another 2 hours for our daily chores. We sleep for 8 hours. We are still left with 4 hours.
Can't we get just 20 minutes a day for exercise? Is it not an excuse?
This can change your life because you would never be the same lazy person anymore. Does not it motivate you? You can start with a simple exercise like walking for 20 minutes.
The greatest resistance we have in starting something good for us.
So, when you come out of the office tomorrow, the first thing you must do is get out of your home and start walking.
You would make new friends and you would feel good because you have done something that you never did.

Are we consistent in attempting for our goals? One failure and all our past attempts just go into the drain. We never care how much time we had given and hoped for the best.
This is how just one failure becomes the biggest obstacle in anyone's way and they never even come closer to the success they wanted to achieve.
Only a fraction of people thinks about changing their lives for good. Out of them, a little number of people take action.
Out of the people who take action, only a very small fraction succeed.
We always blame others for our failures, poor living conditions, or anything that does not look good to us.
We never accept that no one else but only we're responsible for whatever happens to our lives.

How can we say we did not achieve what we aimed for after failing just once or twice? We can't conclude so early. You must analyze and learn what was gone wrong and how can you improve in further actions to yield better results. You must have always your learning mode on.
Life is all about observing, learning, keeping, applying, and enjoying.
And the second best thing is just to repeat the above step.

The inside of me cries so deep from me that I find a ton of thoughts to share with you all.
Soon, I find that I have more thoughts than time to express.
When you start expressing yourself, you find yourself with wonderful ideas and stories that could be helpful to others.
We all have something to share which is unique and that someone wants to listen to.
Someone is always there to thank you for your thoughts.
You have something different. It could be anything e.g. knowledge, expertise, creativity, gratefulness, mindfulness, intellectual powers, etc. Don't you like to become a mentor for someone who is desperately searching for your craft? Also, you must be extrovert and learn that nobody is going to rescue you until you make any efforts.

It is routine now. This routine has been our habit. And when something becomes a habit then you just do it without even noticing it. It can derail all your ambitions.
But, you can change it. And you must do it now.
We always think that there is someone who is responsible for our bad luck or failures or what else we can call it.
We sleep and enjoy and like to be relaxing whole the day. We miss the opportunity. We have a to-do list of today but it is already evening and we have not even completed the first element of the list.
I can blame my job, my boss, the delay due to late cab, my shoes, my lunch, my breakfast. I have a list that never ends, even you don't need to brainstorm for your next excuse because I could help you. You can call me a graduate in making excuses.

Time is limited, goals are far, efforts are less, can we achieve what we want in this condition?
Conditions are never good. You never have enough time, resources, skills, and strategies to have a perfect start.
If you want to be perfect at the start, you're probably never going to start.
People learn either from their mistakes or from the mistakes of others. If you want to learn from your mistakes, this is good.
If you can learn from others' mistakes then I think it is better because you saved your time and energy on things that don't yield well.
So, if you want to achieve something, concentrate on it.
Try to find ways to get up there.
Never wait for the perfect time.
You could improve during trying and failing.
Be consistent and move a little every day.

But, after completing the first 100 days, I feel more confident and the goal looks easy to achieve.
It feels good when you plan something, work for it, and get what you wanted to achieve. However, I had still 900 days left to run and complete the challenge but it looks not that far.
Thoughtful people already recommended that when you have a big goal, break it up in small milestones. And work for them, one goal at a time and after some time, you come up as a winner.

Running is a great workout. We all must run. It accelerates a lot of things that improve our performance as a human and make us more progressive and confident.
Even many studies have praised the benefits and recommend running for a healthy life.
There is a study that finds that even if you do 3, 20 seconds sprints only thrice a week for 12 weeks, you reap the same health benefits as if you have cycled for 45 minutes with 70% capacity( thrice a week for 12 weeks regularly).(2)
So, if you're busy and don't like cycling then you must sprint.
Well, I have not done sprinting yet but after knowing through this study I think it is even a lot more beneficial than long-running or walking.
Which one do you think is better sprinting or long-running?
Did you know about the benefits of sprinting over long-running?
It was the 102nd day of my 1000 days running challenge. Today, I ran a total of 2.94 Kilometers.

How does running help us? Nobody likes to exercise. And not everybody runs or jogs even they know that it can help them in maintaining good health. So, how can you motivate them to run and maintain a healthy body?
We can simply tell them the real benefits of running. And push them to try for it. Exercising is not an easy thing to do. And this is the reason people have excuses for not exercising.
So, how could you make it easy to convince people for exercising?
It can be done in three ways as below;
- Tell them what could happen if they don't exercise. Narrating benefits only can't convince them. It becomes a routine. It is like I know sugar is bad for health. Rather telling them the benefits of quitting sugar tell them how consuming more sugar can harm their health.
- Tell them they have got 24 hours in a day and are they so lazy to manage just 20 minutes of 24 hours for exercise?
- Get their weak points for which they are ready to do anything. And relate how that week point can be overcome if they are regularly doing exercise.

Running makes you young. You live longer and enjoy the benefits which a non-runner dreams for.
If we look at this study which is done by Iowa State University and Hartford hospital we can find that running is highly beneficial than we think about it. The outcome of the study is that runners outlive non-runners by 3 years.(3)
The study also finds out that the runners have a 25-40% reduced risk of mortality than those who don't run.
Looking at all these benefits, we can clearly say that running is a wonderful exercise which you should not miss.
Running is a miracle drug and it has many more health benefits.

There is always some pain somewhere that can prevent you from doing anything good for you. When you want to go for a run, a brisk walk, or on a morning walk you could have many things which can become excuses not to do.
But, the best thing that you could do is, wake up, wear your shoes and pant, reach a park nearby and start running. Yes, this is just as easy.
For achieving anything, we must first make a resolve that until we get it we don't stop our fight. Whatever comes on our way, we have to just do it.
The challenge: It was the 105th day of my 1000 days running challenge. Today, the distance covered is 3.03 kilometers.

Feeling calm, more healthy, and focused after running today. When I start running, at that time I feel very tired and want to stop.
But, Moving is the solution.
We can reach somewhere if we're moving. Those who don't move would reach nowhere and end up tired from their lives.
So, what is the best solution? For me moving, trying, failing, and never stopping until I reach where I want to arrive. Those who are successful now, have followed the same path years ago.
It was the 106th day of my running challenge. Today, I ran a total of 3.09 kilometers.

Everything is within us. All the good thoughts, good deeds, and anything good that this earth has, belongs to all of us. No one person can claim that.
If you think that others are privileged and you lack everything. It is your way of thinking. You can control your thinking. You can think better.
Great people have already written that what you think so you become. Control your thoughts and control your life. It is that easy.
Always think big and dream big. Try hard until you succeed. Never blame others but yourself. Take the responsibility and correct where you find mistakes. This is the only way to improve and achieve great things in life.
It was the 107th day of my challenge. Today I ran a total of 3.3 kilometers.

Participating in 1000 days running challenge is one of my best decisions. I had been planning for running for a long time but every time I excused and never started. But, this time, I came up with determination and made running my biggest priority. Every day when I return from the office, I take rest for a while and then wear pants and shoes and just run. And it has been more than 100 days and I have never missed even a single day. I can't tell in words how good I feel every day when I return after running.
You can too have the same feeling If you achieve something big in your life. I find running not only an exercise but a motivation booster.
It was the 107th day of my running challenge. Today, I complete 2.37 kilometers.

I have planned many things. They are in my notepad. And my notepad is filled up with many goals and wishes.
I have figured it out that I change my planning often and that is the reason I could not achieve my goals. I have learned this hard way.
Now, I have found out that if you keep on changing your plans you're mostly going to lose them.
Focus is important. If you lack focus, you would have a hard time succeeding.
One task at a time. Give your total attention and do the deep work. Try and try and try.
This is the sure path to win and lead a beautiful life.

How can we develop a daily routine which we can follow without fail? We want to improve ourselves. We want to be more productive, efficient, rich, dedicated, loving and whatnot.
But, we can change ourselves if we follow a routine consistently. But, we fail here.
We know it takes a lot of time and effort to change our attitude towards something.
But, we lack patience and want it quick. When you don't see any positive results after attempting for a while you just want to quit. And when you quit, you are no more in the game. You lose it forever.
If we are serious and want something deeply we must try to achieve it no matter what our conditions are. So, if you have a wish to achieve something without which you could not live, you must be ready to do anything to get it.
Challenge: It was the 110th day of my running challenge; Today I ran a total of 3.34 kilometers.
