At this place, I would share my journey of running and how I am improving day by day in all the aspects.
I am thankful to Charles Duhigg for his life-changing book “The Power of Habit”. The book teaches you things that can change your life so quickly by improving your habits.
Running has changed me a lot and I feel far better and confident than when I was not running.

I am committed to run every day and I would share my journey here. I commit that I would run a minimum of 1 mile or 1.6 kilometers every day (no matter what happens to my life I would run anyway)
I believe in me and accept the challenge. I know small changes give great results over a long time.
We all have to get going in life no matter what happens to us, with this mindset you can achieve anything you can dream of.
